Local Tax
The price does not include the local tax of €2.30 per person per night. Children up to the age of 14 are exempt from this tax.

Out of consideration for guests with pet allergies, pets are not permitted.
All areas are non-smoking zones.

Final Cleaning (Holiday Apartments)
The cost for final cleaning ranges from €40.00 to €60.00.

Booking Conditions
A booking is only considered valid once the hotel has provided written confirmation and the guest has paid a deposit amounting to 30% of the total cost of the stay.

Cancellation Policy
By paying the deposit, the customer agrees to the following cancellation terms:
If cancelled up to 21 days before arrival, the deposit (30% of the total amount) is retained.
From 21 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, payment of 100% of the total cost of the stay is required.
In the event of late arrival, early departure, or a no-show, the full price for the entire reservation period will be charged.

Payment Methods
Postal order, bank transfer, or cash at the hotel.
Unfortunately, we do not accept credit cards.

Arrival and Departure
On the day of arrival, the accommodation is available from 4:00 PM. We ask that you vacate the accommodation by 9:00 AM on the day of departure.
Please notify us by telephone if you expect to arrive after 8:00 PM on your arrival day.
